As a breastfeeding educator and someone who has had her share of challenges doing so, i am pursuing becoming a certified Lactation Consultant.
let no one feel pressure or judgement here, its a safe place to learn about nursing your baby, and some help if you come across any common roadblocks.

Breastfeeding update: 7 weeks
breastfeeding (and a healthy diet) has helped me lose 28 lbs.
my daughter was born at 8#6oz and is now 10lbs11oz
she was 20.5 inches long and has grown 3 inches.
oh yes, and has kept my girl healthy from all illnesses, despite daddy and i breaking down with bronchitis :)
